Title: Process Engineer
Job Description
RES Group is seeking to hire Process Engineers for first-of-a-kind process development in energy and chemical projects. Candidate must have experience in developing commercial scale process designs.
Qualifications
- Reactor Design & Scale Up for various reactor types including fixed bed and CSTR
- Column Design & Specification (absorbers, strippers, distillation)
- Heat Transfer and Heat Integration
- Conceptual Process Control for both individual equipment and overall process
- Experience in PFD, P&ID, Equipment Data Sheet
- Understanding of relationships of process recycles, purges, makeup, and venting
- Engineering Economics: purchased equipment costs, capital factors, operational costs,
- Familiarity with various design techniques and tools including fundamental calculations, flowsheet simulators (e.g. Aspen Plus or PRO-II)
The candidate must work effectively both independently and in a team setting, and be open to some travel.

- Location: Korea and U.S.A. (to be discussed according to each individual situation)
